Readiness to School Program and Little Explorers

1. Agreement to Terms: By enrolling, parents or guardians acknowledge and agree to these terms and condition. Early Tutoring with Ella reserves the right to update these terms by posting changes on its website. For any inquiries, please contact Early Tutoring directly.

2. Location: All session will be held at Early Tutoring with Ella's studio unless otherwise specified by Early Tutoring with Ella.

3. Enrolment: Any new enrolments or changes must be submitted and approved by EarlyTutoring with Ella.

4. Tuition Fees: For the year 2025, tuition is $140 per class per child, payable in advance by invoice. A two-week payment deposit is required to secure a spot. The deposit is held by the Early Tutoring with Ella and either refunded upon termination of service or used in lieu of notice.

5. Payment: Classes can be booked online or via email. Invoices are send two weeks before start of each term and must be paid in full a week before classes begin. Payment can be made in the studio by cash or credit card, or by bank transfer. Failure to pay on time may result in lesson suspension.

6. Class Schedule: Lessons are scheduled Monday to Thursday, 9:00 - 16:00.

7. Duration: Each class lasts for 7 hours.

8. Safety measures: Early Tutoring with Ella follows all safety protocols. However, it does not accept responsibility for any accidents or damages.

9. Communication: Informal updates may be provided after each class. Formal meetings can be arranged outside of lesson time.

10. Assessment: Early Tutoring with Ella conduct ongoing assessment to tailor programs to individual needs.

11. Cancellation Policy: A 12 hours notice is required for cancellations. Late cancellation may incur a 50% fee, which may be waived in emergencies.

12. Make up lessons: Absences must be notified 12 hours in advance via email to qualify for make-up lesson.

13. Limitations on make-up lessons: Each child may have a maximum of two make-up lessons per term.

14. Availability: Make up lessons are a subject to availability.

15. Expiration of make-up lessons: Make-up lessons cannot be carried over to the next term or during school holidays. Missed make-up lessons are forfeited.

16. Booking make-up lessons: Parents or guardians are responsible for scheduling make-up lessons by email.

Individual Session
